This girl amazes me... Bernie has been on an amazing journey and she is an amazing person. She has been fighting and and is now winning a personal weight battle for most of her adult life. Through changing her lifestyle to include exercise and her diet to exclude unhealthy foods I am so proud to say that she has lost about 90 lbs and looks amazing. 
1 Corinthians 6:19&20 Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.
