My mom and I ventured to Chicago and Schaumburg this weekend and man did we have a blast. 
Highlight of the trip? Possibly the cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory or the Carter's Outlet. Either way, it was fantastic to spend some quality time with mom mom, shopping and dining. We even picked up a few things at Ikea for the playroom!
